Company Overview:
Our Farm
Twin Brook Creamery is nestled in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain Range in Lynden, Washington. The freshly renovated bottling facility processes milk from our own Jersey cows. We strive to be the best possible stewards of the land, providing wildlife habitat and using best management practices.

Mission:
Our Mission
We are a family owned & operated dairy that exists to glorify God through the stewardship of the soil and animals He has entrusted to our care, in the best possible way.
Products:
All our milk and cream is produced from our own Jersey cows, raised right here on the farm. They provide milk that is higher in protein and fat content than the commonplace black-and-white Holsteins, resulting in an enhanced flavor experience.

The milk's rich flavor is preserved by bottling in glass bottles and by not over-processing. Our fresh cow's milk is gently pasteurized at a low temperature, killing harmful bacteria, but we do not homogenize our milk. Homogenization is a process which alters its natural state by forcing it through small openings at high pressure. Without homogenization, the cream is free to float to the top of the container. This allows you, the customer, to buy whole, 2%, 1%, or fat-free milk, and either skim the cream off the top for your own use, or shake the container well and enjoy the milk as bottled. We also have chocolate milk, cream, and half-and-half, and during the holidays, eggnog. Whatever your preference, enjoy fresh wholesome milk: from our family to yours!
