City of Twin Falls, Idaho Happy Thanksgiving! The City of Twin Falls will be closed on Thursday (November 26th) and Friday (November 27th) in observation of the holiday. Any one needing to contact a Public Works departments (streets, water and sewer) on these days can do so by calling 3-1-1.
