Bent Alaska Southern Utah University unanimously approved adding sexual orientation on Friday.

The board amended the antidiscrimination policy to include sexual orientation as a protected group in the university's student rights, responsibilities, and conduct policies and procedures handbook.

UA Students/Staff/Faculity for amending the Non-Discrimination Policy Ok guys...with the news of the next Board of Regents meeting being a speical meeting to finalize the budget, it gives us more time to get out the word and collect signatures!! I just looked at the schedule and the next meeting is Feb. 17th and 18th in FAIRBANKS!! I'll keep checking to make sure that it doesn't change and keep every updated.
