組成於2001年3月，曾於2004推出大碟《Nasty Fantasy》。主張簡潔的曲風，早期比較貼近Post Punk、Noise Pop及Brit Rock、旋律具美感之餘，還不經意地流露出獨有的黑暗張力。而在《Nasty Fantasy》推出後，樂隊開始作出其他嘗試，雖然保留了其黑暗張力，但在旋律及編曲上均作出了相當的變動，被放大了的Bassline令音樂變得具有推進力；適量地使用效果器令本來經已妖異的唱腔鋪上了一層迷濛，一份憂悒，混合了酒精和藥物的味道。然而，英倫化依然是UNiXX的特性，你不難從中發現到各種屬於英倫的聲音。 樂隊正忙於製作第二張大碟，預定2009年推出。
Biography:
UNiXX is an alternative rock band formed in March 2001. In their music you can find elements of psychedellia, shoegaze, noise pop, post punk & britrock but with an unique UNiXX twist.

Their music is composed a mix of guitar noises, effects overlaid with melodic vocals. They try to get a balance between alternative rock & pop and Noisy while keeping it accessible and easy to listen to. By using only few simple chords to make a melodic song UNiXX believes Simple is the Best & Everlasting.
