We had been looking for some time for a home on our own without much luck and once we got Richard on our team we found the perfect home in just a few weeks. He went above and beyond to find what we wanted and to make the deal happen. There were some glitches with the banker and we were very discouraged, yet he helped us thru it with some unique ideas and planning. We could have never done this without his expertise and he was ALWAYS ready to do what we needed him to do.
Our last experience in selling a home was a nightmare and we were not thrilled to be dealing with buying one after what we had been thru; Richard made it a really peaceful journey and peace of mind is everything to me. We fell in love with a house that Richard had listed. Our hopes of actually obtaining the house, however, were very low. We had an existing house we had to sell first and in this market we felt discouraged. Richard assured us he would find a way to get us in the house we wanted and he did exactly that. He came up with an "out of the box" approach which guaranteed our interest in the new house for one year with just a modest deposit. Now...the hard part...selling our existing house within that time frame. Not only did he make this happen, he brought us a ready willing and able buyer just 5 DAYS after our house went on the market!! Thirty days later both sales had closed and we are now very happy in our new historic home. Richard's professionalism is matched only by his incredible people skills and ability to bring fresh, creative ideas into his real estate business.

We "employed" Richard to show us around Monroe while visiting from out of town this past weekend. Worth every last penny and would not hesitate to do it again. There is no way we would have had the experience that we did if it weren't for him. In fact, when we drove around by ourselves we thought that there was no way we could ever see our family living in Monroe.
