I agree. Just TRY not to let it bug you. Sometimes what happens is people think 'omg why didn't I think of doing this' and they are lashing out from jealousy or something. that is very likely what it is with the person saying mean things about your site. OR they have a site too and feel threatened

At no point has anyone been asked for money for councelling or support! it is all done out of LOVE and at no point has anyone been told they need tp pay for it! and they never would be! yes we have a DONATE option the webiste, but we are not the only ...
