Campus Ministry at JOHN CARROLL UNIVERSTY The JCU community joined in prayer to remember the Jesuit Martyrs of El Salvador. Killed 20 years ago today (November 16, 1989), the six Jesuits and two lay woman are remembered to the commitment to the poor through their teaching, research, and ministry.
Campus Ministry at JOHN CARROLL UNIVERSTY On 11/15/09 we commissioned the students and administrators traveling to Georgia this coming weekend for the Ignatian Family Teach-In and protest of the School of the Americas. The JUSTICE group also organized a memorial to the Jesuit martyrs, their companions, and others killed by Latin American military who received training at the former School of the Americas.
