Thanks for your note, Luis. I think you're right to use the words "reign of terror". People are fearful of standing up, but a good many muster the courage to do so in spite of the risks. We must remain united with people in Cabañas so that mining corporations stay out and that these crimes do not go unpunished. Adelante.
