Victor Cooper holds a MS in management and a MA in Religion from WTS; is an adjunct professor at Rosemont & Gwynedd Mercy; is in leadership at True Light Fellowship Church; served 14 years as a NJ State Trooper; served 5 years as Director of Facility & Stadium Security for the Eagles. We are... delighted to introduce him to you and have him assume the leadership of Urban Family Council.
