Anaam Shahjahan I was visiting friends in VA this past weekend and I realized I had a tad too much comfort food. With no gyms in sight I decided to go Urban Jungle style. Josh had shown me various pullup/pushup routines, dips and core workouts. So I grabbed one of the external beams of the house and went at it. Within 5 mins I was sweating. Within 15 mins I was pumped.
