Common Ground Food Co-op is so grateful to the people who work every day with their hands in the dirt so we may all be fed - from those who own or work on local farms right here in Urbana, to the farmers in NZ who provide us all with organic apples in the dead of winter. We give heartfelt thanks for everyone who is striving joyfully toward a healthier, saner, more equitable food system.
Common Ground Food Co-op is, indeed, open until 9pm TODAY for those last minute fixings! (21 calls asking this question today so far . . . ) We will be closed Thanksgiving day, and then will reopen from 10am to 6pm on Friday and return to our regular hours Saturday. If you are a T-day celebrator, have a great one!

Common Ground Food Co-op The Very Veggie Thanksgiving deli spread is out and flying out of the cold bar! We're almost out of cranberry sauce and we've completely sold out of whole pumpkin pies, but there is still lots of great food left, hurry in!
Common Ground Food Co-op WEDNESDAY - from 10 am until we run out of food, your co-op deli is serving nothing but organic Thanksgiving Day delights - and they are all vegetarian! We'll have whole pumpkin pies and whole very veggie loaves while supplies last, or just fill up a plate with smashed herbed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, vegan sausage... stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, vegan gravy, veggie loaf and more! All from scratch, of course!
