Artistrun Studio & Gallery Artistrun.org presents the Gothic Solstice Show. Reflective of the Medieval Gothic art movement, the art emphasize flowing, curving lines, minute detail, refined decoration and some with golden applications in the background. The new gothic art paintings will continue to be exhibited from June 20 to September 20, 2008.

The Drift is an annual weekend local arts & culture festival taking place along Vancouver's trendy Main Street in artists' open studios and participating local shops, cafes and restaurants:
Volunteering for the Drift is an opportunity to connect with emerging to established artists, performers of all disciplines and local businesses, while learning new skills and contributing to our vibrant art scene.
We're looking for volunteers for publicity, exhibitions, galleries and events:
Main Art Drift - October 3, 4 and 5, 2008
Gala Opening at JEM Gallery (Fri, Oct. 3 from 7pm)
Open Studios (Sat, Oct. 4 & Sun, Oct. 5 11am to 5pm)
