In the 2008 CBC National Choir Competition, The Vancouver Cantata Singers placed first in the Chamber Choir category in addition to winning the coveted Healy Willan Grand Prize, awarded to the choir giving the most convincing performance in musicianship, technique and program.
Vancouver Cantata Singers Video Games Live 2008 at the Orpheum with members of the VSO. Singing to 3000 screaming nerds was AMAZING!

On November 14th, 2009 the Vancouver Cantata Singers teamed up with ICORD (icord.org) for a fabulous gala fundraiser at the acoustically luscious Blusson Spinal Cord Centre. VCS performs Franz Biebl's Ave Maria in the atrium.
