Darren Cannell What is the story on this? Who is it named for, founded by?
Cannell Library @Darren Cannell: Our library is named after Lewis D. Cannell who started teaching English & working as the dean at Clark Junior College, (now Clark College) during the summer of 1935. Dean Cannell was a native Oregonian and worked at Clark for 35 years. The library was named after him in 1984 and when the new library was built in 1990, it retained his name.
