VegNE Hello, as winter approaches, VegNE are busy planning our events. Our Christmas Without Cruelty shopping event in November is coming up - lots of traders selling ethical smellies, choccies, bags, toys and other gifts, plus foodie treats. Also coming up: a possible speed dating/speed networking event, also for Xmas, meal... out, family party (or those with or without children) and adults meal.

Over the years, the vegan camp has been hugely successful. This is an event for loads of people to get together and enjoy lots of fun and vegan food. You don't have to be vegan to attend as long as you are willing to be vegan whilst at camp.

In 2009, the camp is i...n Cornwall. It lasts for two weeks but you don't have to stay that long - some people stay the whole time, others for a few days or a week.

It is a great chance to meet lots of cool people, enjoy vegan food without having to check out what is in it all of the time, and have lots of fun.
