Verizon California Verizon was proud to present a $150,000 grant to the Congress of California Seniors to address elder abuse in our communities on Thursday, Nov. 5. The check was presented to Hank Lacayo, state president of the Congress of California Seniors, at an open house reception for the organization's new office in Oxnard, CA.
