I bought the creme fraiche last week with the new packaging , what a disappointment!
The fresh cream has become so liquid , what's happened to the original recipe ?
Plus the new designer for container is horrible!

Karin I bought chevre at Trader Joe's today with the new packaging. It's reallly nice - the differences are subtle but so elegant. Great job!! The chevre is going into a fancy appetizer for a fancy dinner for tomorrow.... Yummy. (I got help from the Marion St Cheese Market staff on the wine pairing.)

I'm normally all over anything served warm, spreadable and dippable, but I had never met a spinach dip to fall in love with, that is until now. Most recipes that I've seen call for sour cream and cream ...

Vermont Butter and Cheese Company Deep snow and slush didn’t keep New Yorkers away from the South Street Seaport and the New Amsterdam Market yesterday. VBCC’s debut at the market was well received thanks you to all our local friends who stopped by to wish us well. Shoppers munched on samples of sea salt butter cookies and bought butter and goat chee...ses like mad to prepare their holiday feasts. By 4 pm the skies were clear with a sun low on the horizon. We were left with crumbs, an empty cooler, cold fingers and toes, and gratified for New Yorkers love of good food.

Margaret Stafford Earth Fare (and me) loves Allison! Thanks so very much for taking time out of your schedule to share your passion with us.

Saxon Brown If you are in Chattanooga, come see Allison at the new Earth Fare store on Gunbarrel Road! She will be signing her new book: "In a Cheesemaker's Kitchen" at 3 pm today, Dec 10th.

The December issue of France-Amérique has an article
about where to get French products or their American equivalents in the U.S. Under
