Susan I like a lot of you I'm a big fan of all the exciting state parks but I did want to mention some of the parks that don't have water or big mountains to climb but just a quiet setting to sit and enjoy the quiet of nature. Parks Like Fort Dummer where we try so hard to make your stay friendly, quiet(except for the owls) and enjoyable.
