About VIE Winery
Vie makes high quality, limited production Rhone varietal and Zinfandel based wines from many of the finest vineyards in California. Our distinctive wines are produced using classic winemaking techniques to reflect the unique characteristics of each vineyard. The results are wines that offer a balance of flavor and structure that make them as enjoyable today as they will with age.
Founded in 2004 by friends, Bryan Kane, Rachel Blatt, Barry Dorf, and Bryan Robertson, VIE was on of San Francisco's original urban wineries. Now, in their expanded facility on Treasure Island, VIE has become a leading force in San Francisco's urban wine movement and has received recognition and 90+ point ratings for it's outstanding wines from the likes of Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits Magazine and Robert Parker and was named "Next Generation Cult Wine" by Sommolier Magazine.

Take the Bay Bridge eastbound and exit mid bridge at the Treasure Island Exit. The exit puts you on Treasure Island Drive. Proceed north through the main gates of the former Navy base where the street turns into Palm Ave. Continue northbound along the bay front until Palm Avenue ends at 9th Street. Turn right and proceed three block eastbound. VIE Winery's facility will be on your left at the corner of 9th and Avenue I.
From the East Bay

Take the Bay Bridge west bound and exit mid bridge at the Treasure Island Exit. Be careful at the exit as it requires you to stop after the off ramp to complete the turn. Proceed straight on Treasure Island Drive which winds around the south side Yerba Buena Island. When you reach a fork, go to the right and proceed north through the main gates of the former Navy base where the street turns into Palm Ave. Continue northbound along the bay front until Palm Avenue ends at 9th Street. Turn right and proceed three block eastbound. VIE Winery's facility will be on your left at the corner of 9th and Avenue I.
