Vile Richard The Christmas Show was a blast! Fun had by all. Thanks to Left of Here and Wiggler for sharing the stage and their talents with us. There were snacks to snack on, where bygones could be bygones. Looking forward to next years show, it just possibly might have been the biggest toronto draw ever! There are still only a couple of Christmas Discs floating around. We'd like to congratulate Patricia Tucci as the proud winner of the Silent Auction item, the signed, and framed Mistress CD wall hanging. Keep your headphones posted to VR and have a safe and happy holiday season. From the Boys.

The Vile Christmas CD is almost finished. It will be getting the final touches this evening. We've got 9 tracks of holiday goodness for you to enjoy, courtesy of the band + our good friend Chris St. Pierre, who contributed a couple of Christmas songs which he has written. The CD will be available at the show tomorrow. We'll only have about 30 copies with us and some people will be picking up multiple copies, so if you need one, be sure to get it earlier in the evening. :)
The final info is:
Holy Joe's (Queen and Bathurst)
Toronto, ON
Doors open: 9 pm
Admission: free!
Music starts: 9:30 pm
There will be some snacks for you there, so don't eat double portions before heading out to the show. I think that's really all you need to know. Hope to see you there!

OK folks. I've just heard back from the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for our friends outside of Canada). Our "Hockey Song" has now officially been added to their Hockey Anthem Challenge contest. The idea is that people submit songs to replace the theme song for "Hockey Night in Canada" (only the greatest TV show ever to air in our fair country).
So, if you have a moment to register a listen and post a comment on our tune, that would be stellar. You can do so here:

And remember, Vile Richard loves and misses you!

In Toronto apparently when they book a band the clubs don't care who you are...
or what music you play...
If you suck, you just don't come back.
Correction:
You could play a sledge hammer and vomit on yourself for 2 hours as long as you fill the place with thirsty drunks.
TORONTO CLUBS SUCK!
disclaimer: above highly believed to be true, unless you're a club that actually books us, then we'll re-evaluate

Best Show Ever!! The crowd at Peddlers Pub rocks. We certainly anticipate returning to Sudbury for next years St. Paddy's. And the green g&t's were great.
