Mary Lou Rohner Oliver Vinegar....oohhh the heartburn apple cider can cure! No more nexium, no more protonix, no more expensive medication that doctors write you prescriptions for month after month. A little gulp followed by water cures you for days! I heard that heartburn is caused by to little stomach acid not over production like they are all telling us. It also curbs your appetite!
Raquel I love vinegar. I did make the mistake of cleaning my floors with only vinegar. My dad forgot to tell me to dilute. The house smelled of vinegar for atleast a week.

Diane I don't like the smell of vinegar, but I have gotten use to it. I use it to clean just about everything in my house, bathroom, mirrors, floors, countertops, clothes softener, etc... Not only is it a cheap cleaner since you dilute it; it also cleans germs which is the best reason to use it. It doesn't have all the "ex...tra" not needed additives that the "products" on the market has that can, will and does do more harm to you than good. You want a cleaner to kill germ not harm you!!!
Beth i use it to clean around the house...especially the bathroom! pour it into the toilet bowl and wait 10 mins to disinfect...then flush...then sprinkle baking soda in the bowl and scrub with a brush!! works like a charm!!

Get a shining finish on a no-wax vinyl or linoleum floor by cleaning it with a solution of one cup white distilled vinegar for every gallon of water.
For an economical and environmentally friendly floor cleaner, mix a solution of 3 drops dishwashing liquid to 1/3 part white distilled vinegar, 1/3 part alcohol, and 1/3 p...art water. Spray sparingly and mop for a fast clean-up.
