The Bluegrass Legacy

The Bluegrass Legacy  "Blue Moon Rising performs contemporary bluegrass with a style that sits somewhere between Blue Highway, Mountain Heart and The Lonesome River Band. Tight vocal harmonies combined with precise intrumentals give them the crisp, polished sound of a modern bluegrass band. On the Rise includes 13 tunes, most of them original." ~ Vintage Guitar magazine

BMR brings new and very well crafted songs delivered with arrangements that evoke a very lonesome, picturesque, and passionately true sound to our music. ~ Serge Bernard, Bluegrass Island

A few years ago I sold my Gibson J200 Montana Gold. I kind of wish I hadn't done that. Those are had to get now and pretty pricey. I also wish I had hung onto my very first guitar, a Japanese Lancer from 1964. Not a great guitar, but it was my first.
