The Academy team of Zack G., Maya N., Alex R. and Jonathan G. (12), took 1st place with the 6th highest team score ever. 2nd place was won by: David S. (10), Thomas G. (10), Brian L. (11) and Holly H. (12). David S.won the 10th... grade individual high score; Zack G. won the 12th grade highest score & top individual score. YEAH!
The Mathematics and Science Academy - Official Site - VA Beach Ocean Lakes High School is conducting a fieldtrip to VCU as an opportunity for students interested in engineering. The trip will cost $16 and includes lunch on campus. Students will get to tour the facility and will participate in hands-on activities. The trip will depart Ocean Lakes Tuesday, November 17 at 7AM and ...will return at 3PM. If interested see Mr. Gray Finnegan, room 106 for a field trip form.
