Visit Brazil Cabalgata ¡Una de las fiestas más esperadas de Pirenópilis y de región es la Cabalgata! De origen europea, la fiesta fue incorporada al pueblo en 1826 y, al largo de tres días, 12 cabaleros vestidos en azul, simbolizando a los cristianos, luchas contra otros 12 vestidos en rojo, simbolizando a los moros.

Toda la escenificación y creatividad de los participantes atrae la atención de la gente del pueblo que se encanta con las ropas, adornos y la decoración de la fiesta. Además de la animación de la banda que suena al largo todo el evento.
La Cabalgata se celebra 40 días después de la Pascua y termina siempre con la vict...oria de los cristianos.

Visit Brazil Cavalhada One of the most anticipated traditional parties in Pirenópolis and its region is the Cavalhada! It originated in Europe, and was incorporated by the town in 1826, when 12 knights wearing blue (symbolizing the Christians), fought against 12 others wearing red (symbolizing the moors), during three days.

All the acting and creativity from the participants attracts people and the whole town is enchanted by the clothes, acessories and decoration involved. Not to mention the excitement of the band playing throughout the whole event.
