Hey Von.
Really good book. I couldn't believe it was based on my area like almost on my door step.
The description was so accurate. That book got me thinking, reminiscing.
All those things that were happening I ask myself how did I come out?
How much of it was fiction cause it sounded very real to me?
Those estates were so bad that when I wanted 2 go somewhere I would take the long way round. To avoid any form of trouble.
That book gave me goosebumps cause I knew something about everything.
The Yardies use 2 get on my last nerves.
Friends from primary school stop sayng hello cause they were a bad man now.
The book was 2 real.
However, I still miss Myatts Field. I had fun growing up there.
Good ending. I thought the ending was going 2 be like your previous books, sad. But it wasn't.
I commend you on a well written book. I was even able to read the patois almost fluently. That's how you know I'm from the getto.

Thank you for writting such a rich, gritty, exciting and real book. I have just completed Sex Fiend, the insight into what time, it really is out here was priceless! Dionne Reading wasn't my thing (always to busy looking after the family and the home!) But reading "SEXFIEND" in a DAY changed all that!! It was totally captivating, original, refreshing and positive!! I bought "IBNORANCE KILLS" the following day while getting all my college friends to buy "Sexfiend" and my awareness of life has taken a turn for the better. Your talent is unique and boundless. I read sex fiend in a day...it was an amazing novel!...i want to read the 'black book'!
As a women it was interesting to really see the insight to how certain men think....and thr struggles they face on a daily basis.
I loved it and i look forward to reading many more....
Imoh I have just read sexfiend people and can I just say...gripping from beginning to end its emotional and touching. Insightful to the ways and emotions that young men fight with daily the key is to discovering ones self before anything else. I believe it to be a book for the summer once u strt u can't put it dwn.
