WCBN Internet stream function is intermittent. Robots are working on it, but as of Wednesday AM we are not streaming.
WCBN Next movie night just announced: New Orleans (1947) Wednesday, January 13, 9pm. Arbor Brewing Company.
WCBN Estimates have placed the eventual cost of a new transmitter, antenna, tower, and installation in the tens of thousands of dollars. However, estimates also vary widely, and many different combinations of equipment could achieve the same goals. In short, we don't know how much we'll need, so we'd like to focus on motiv...ating as many people as possible to testify to our value in the community.

WCBN has recently been granted permission to increase our transmitter power. This is excellent news! However, now we have to figure out how to pay for it. One avenue we must take is to ask the University for more money. Since we know this will be a very tough sell, we need all the help we can get convincing them how im...portant WCBN is to students and community alike.
We appeal to all friends of WCBN- no matter what your connection is- to help us.
We are calling for testimonials from any and all WCBN DJs, hosts, devoted listeners, and hanger-ons expressing how WCBN is absolutely vital to the continuation of free expression, education, and arts&culture in Ann Arbor.
