DON'T pay the Senators! Or pay them barely enough to maintain them slightly below their indulgent lifestyles until the point at which they resolve this issue. With the number of people living at or below the poverty level in this state I have absolutely no problem with a proposal such as this. If I don't perform the work I was hired to do when I ... Of course this will never happen we all know it is unconstitutional to deprive these "hard working" individuals of their income, while at the same time it is never unconstitutional to legislate expenditures that deprive voiceless masses of the necessities to stay barely above the level of poverty. In reality, I doubt we will resolve the current immediate crisis in New York State government without replacing the overtly incompetent current governor? Not that he is the cause of the issues facing this state but he certainly lacks the eloquence and competence to deal effectively and efficiently.
