Sandy Tuason named Executive Chef at Mauna Lani Bay. He will oversee all of our culinary operations and will be instrumental in showcasing our new dining experience. Chef Tuason joins us from the Four Seasons Resort in Nevis. His 18 years of culinary experience include his tenure as Executive Sous Chef at the Four Sea...sons, NY and Le Madri Italian Restaurant. He's trained under renowned Chefs Daniel Boulud and David Burke. In London he refined his culinary talents under Star Michelin French Chefs, Albert Roux and Michel Roux. Chef Tuason's wealth of culinary experience, service to the community and commitment to the growth and development of his staff make him the perfect fit for Mauna Lani.
