Walk Against Hunger The Walk Celebration is coming up on Tuesday, July 7th! There will be a great Soup Kitchen Cook off!!!! Resurrection Baptist will be hosting us this year at 54th and Lansdowne from 12-2pm

Hi Kathleen, Yeah - we did the 3 miles and when we turned to start again we didn't notice anyone else going back. So we figured they were all wimps. I asked my daughter and her friends if she wanted to continue and she said that they were having so much fun that they wanted to finish. Ha, finish! They didn't know ...that they already did! So we went up and back AGAIN! all by ourselves, but we had a lot of fun! When did they say it was shortened????Read More

Suann, I really wanted to do the 3 miles over again. I was disappointed it was actually cut short. When I reached the end of 3 miles I kept going to my car. I did not know previously that the meters were not waived this year. I was scared I was going to be towed. I got a parking ticket which still stinked!
