Precision Fitness Simple workout for those with "no time" to exercise: 20 body weight squats, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 lunges and 20 jumoing jacks. No rest between exercises. Strength training and cardio all in a 2-3 minute burst!

Precision Fitness Todays workout was a nice intro to the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program. After a warm up and flex lines we did two (30 seconds of work :15 seconds rest) circuits of the following exercises: Step up w/ Db Shoulder Press, Push ups, Squat & Row, Plank, Kettlebell Swings and finished with sit ups w/ legs at 90 degrees. Finished with a full body static stretch!

Precision Fitness Day 15 of the 21 Rapid Fat Loss Program: after our warm up and flex lines, we did 30 seconds work & 30 seconds recovery of fairly heavy weight at each staation. Stations included: 1. KB Swings, 2. Goblet Squats 3. Equalizer (EQ) Push Ups 4. EQ Body Rows 5. SB Plank 6. EQ Dips; Some extra core: sprinters and bicycle for 30 seconds each. Static stretch.
