I’ve been attending Dudley B Sharp Academy since October 2009, and it’s been the best experience. Daryl Dudley is very professional and easy to work with. I’ve never had music lessons before, but have learned several songs on the keyboard in a short amount of time; thanks to his instruction and patience. What’s grea...t about his skill is that he meets you where you are, and will take you to higher heights; in the genre of your choice. Each week I look forward to my lesson, as it’s not only my desire but a great stress reliever. I recommend this academy to anyone interested in learning music.

I just started studying under Daryl Dudley and I must say that in this short period of time, he has managed to find that area of focus that I need to enhance my abilities at the piano and caters the lessons giving me just enough work load to keep me motivated. He is also bridging several music theory gaps that I had o...ver my several years of study and not quite fully understanding why. Several recording studio clients have noticed the improvements in my playing while tinkering around at the piano during down time in recording sessions. Thanks Daryl Dudley for helping me find my path back on my musical journey.

Daryl, I was not only impressed with his professionalism, but I was taken back by what seemed to be a genuine interest in where I wanted to go with learning such an art. The difference factor for me in BSharp Academy isn't just the talent, which there is plenty of; it isn't jus...t the professional atmosphere and method in teaching, which is superb; and it isn't just the Christian attitude that exudes through the character of the CEO; but rather, it was the personal connection that Bro. Earl Morton Working with Mr. Dudley changed my overall perception on music. When I first began to work with him I was very stiff and uncoordinated drummer. When I left I had showed great progression and improvement. I had more rythm and could hold a steady beat without losing the groove. He taught me how to feel music and listen t...o it critically. Before meeting Mr. Dudley I would listen to music with a very open ear, but now I listen to music with a very critical ear. I appreciate all the help Mr. Dudley has given me.

It was a great experience working with Mr.Dudley because he was the first and only person to pull my writing talents out of me. There was one day when we were in session, and he told me to write a song, right there on the spot. I was terrified, but he would not let me leave until I did so. I have been writing since the...n and have gained more confidence doing so and I am thankful for meeting Mr.Dudley.

Finding Daryl definitely made my move to the east coast worthwhile. When I walked into his studio I was timid, unmotivated, and had very little confidence in my ability. Big D, as I affectionately call him, is incredible. Patient... caring... encouraging... and he has a future in stand-up comedy as I'm crying with laug...hter every single week from his wit. I play at two area churches currently and for a Youth Choir as well. My five year musical goal has turned (with a little nudging) into a three year goal.
After playing for a choir this past Saturday at church, a guy who used to play for John P. Kee came up to me, gave me his number and said, "You sounded nice on keys ........ I got a job for you if you want it!"
