English Language Fellow Program Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the English Language Fellow Program promotes English language learning capacity around the world. Ten-month fellowships at prestigious placements including universities, ministries of education, teacher training institutions, binational centers, and NGOs.
