Isabella & Ferdinand Spanish Language Adventures Many thanks to Humberto Martinez from the Mexican Cultural Institute and our wonderful teacher Sofia Ortiz for such a wonderful tour of the Institute's amazing murals and the Dia de los Muertos Altar. It was breath taking! And of course thanks to our families who came out for this wonderful event!
Isabella & Ferdinand Spanish Language Adventures Our Winter session runs from January 4 to March 13, 2010. Registration closes on December 4 and space is limited, so sign up now! We have many cultural activities outside of class planned for students and their families in the next session.
Isabella & Ferdinand Spanish Language Adventures A huge thanks to Marta Hogan and Maria Tousimis of the National Gallery and Jimena Paz of the Spanish Embassy for a wonderful tour of the Spanish Armor Exhibit at the National Gallery today -- in Spanish and in English! It is truly an exquisite exhibit and if any Isabella & Ferdinand families are interested we will hav...e another free tour on Sunday 4pm! Please let us know if you plan to attend. The kids even get to try on some real armor!
