Too much conclusive evidence is lost due to concern of the quick action to please 'The Media' (whether this includes the public...our governors, mayors, or commissioners) for a rapid result. We tend to forget who we are trying to protect. The term 'Person of Interest', with first indication to the lay person shows guilty once publicly indicicated... Read More...therefore, their reputation has been tainted whether guilty or innocent. We need to strive to be more careful in our selection of terminology...The Legal System should not have to feel they have to have a 'Buzz Word' to cover a potential lawsuit; which still does not work.
