Lay ministers know that their spirituality is at the heart of who they are as believer, layperson and as Church minister. That’s why NALM is focusing this conference on spirituality for lay ministry. We know that while everyone’s spirituality is unique, there are common elements that form a distinctive lay ministerial ...approach. Our conference this year will focus on this spirituality as we make time to reflect, learn, pray and enjoy the community of lay ministers that is at the heart of NALM.
The NALM Annual Conference provides three lively days to:
Tend to your hunger for relationship with God in your ministry
Learn about cutting edge developments in the future of lay ministry
Refresh and renew energy and passion for Trinity–centered ministry
Reflect on the ways that lay ministry continues to develop and grow
Listen to renowned experts on ministry, spirituality, and theology
Build the skills needed for service in ministry
Be part of vibrant liturgies built around the Word of God and the Eucharist
Build your peer network of others who incarnate a spirituality of loving service
