You may not be able to tell a book by its cover, but you can certainly tell a nicely planned newspaper by its front page. The best ones utilize every part of the page without appearing crowded or cluttered. Even those pesky strip ads fit well in the design. Today’s top 10 are proof that good things do come in small packages.
