The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, opened Monday in the chic desert city of Dubai. Today, the $1.5 billion, 2,717-foot-tall skyscraper towered over the world's newspaper front pages. The news was big even in Taip...ei, which used to claim the tallest title for Taipei 101. That building stands a mere 1,667 feet tall. Yawn.
