PS 7’s during two incredible nights!
On Christmas Eve come by and cozy up
in the lounge with extended and expanded Happy Hour selections. From 4:00-8:00pm we will be offering our
usual great deals including $3 beers, $4 glass...es of wine and half-priced flatbreads
as well as 2 seasonal punches for $4. In
the dining room we will be offering a special 4-course prefixe menu for
$60/person! Last seating will be at
7:45pm, so please come early and enjoy these great deals!
On New
Year’s Eve, PS 7’s will be offering a wide range of ways to ring in 2010. Come by our lounge and enjoy great New Years
nibbles all night as well as a champagne toast when the ball drops. In the dining room we will be offering
something for everybody. From
5:30-7:00pm we will be featuring an a la carte menu for you to enjoy before you
head out to the party. After that, we
will be offering 2 seatings featuring a special 5-course tasting menu for
$95/person at 7:15pm and 9:30pm. Please

us in preparing for everyone’s (or at least our) favorite eating and drinking
holiday – Thanksgiving! Everyone has
their own method for preparation of the big bird, and Chef Smith is no
exception! Come learn his favorite
preparation techniques and even some alternative ideas other than old Tom the
Turkey. Gina will a...lso be sharing her
favorite part of the changing colors in the trees and the brisk bite in the air
– Bourbon! She will show you new ways to
enjoy that big hug in a little mug that is bourbon whiskey.

corner of the kitchen in order to let you all in on some secret “tricks” to
making your own “treats” for your Halloween party or the neighborhood goblins,
errr…kids. Our Mixtress Gina will also be sharing some
“tricks” of her own with some fu...n punch ideas and other cocktails for kids of
all ages at Halloween!

The last installment of our "Farm Fresh at Home" Series -

quickly on the heels of our root vegetable dissertation is a seminar on sweet
and savory recipes involving squash. Be it
acorn, butternut, kabocha, Peter and Gina will show you new ways of looking at
the odd-looking vegetables known as squash!

we get deeper into the Fall season, root vegetables become more and more
prevalent and bountiful. Parsnips,
carrots, rutabegas, turnips, beets and kohlrabi are all possibilities to make
an appearance. Spiced, diced, roasted
and pureed…discover the wonderful world of root vegetables!
