Timothy Prolific Jones It's about time y'all were on FB. Good stuff!

There are more than 800 streets in America, and numerous streets worldwide that were renamed to honor the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In 2008, the A NU View Youth Film Program set out to see if the streets named after the civil rights martyr are living up to his “dream”.
The A NU View Crew was in Memphis, TN on Ap...ril 4th, 2008 observing the 40th anniversary of Dr. King’s assassination. We marched with Michael Baisden and Rev. Al Sharpton and interviewed Judge Joe Brown and actors/activists Harry Belafonte and Danny Glover, among others. Since then, the Crew has visited nearly a dozen other cities, using a Hip-Hop and pop-culture lens to examine the history, sociology and geography of each of the MLK Streets we’ve visited.
In the spirit of Dr. King’s legacy and community-building on a national scale, the A NU View Crew is launching a National Call for Photo and Video Submissions, inviting youth to submit interviews and city scenes from the MLK Street in their town. We know that the people who live in these neighborhoods can best tell these stories.
We want you to show us your MLK Blvd!
I May Not Get There With You: The MLK Streets Project is searching for 2 – 5 minute video clips that represent a neighborhood surrounding an MLK Street, Avenue or Boulevard anywhere.
Upload your videos to Youtube and then link your footage to our page at Youtube.com/mlkstreetsproject
