Here at Lundquist, a Milan-based communications consultancy, we are launching an international study into the online communication of CSR, covering disclosure of environmental, social and governance information. We would like to hear what you expect from companies’ websites via a short questionnaire – it should take no... more than 10 minutes. In return, we’ll send you a summary of the results (leave your email address in the space provided at the end of the survey).
The results will be available to us only in anonymous form and will be analysed to draw up a protocol of criteria with which to rank the world’s leading corporate websites in terms of CSR. Disclosure of non-financial information can only improve if users tell us what they really want from companies.
To access the online survey, click: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB22 8QQDTTNKK
Many thanks for taking time to contribute to our research. We welcome any feedback you may have on this issue.
James.
