The President’s Ball is a celebration of democracy, an historic election and Inauguration of the 44th President of the United States, President-Elect Barack Obama.

Sponsored by the Maryland Inaugural Special Committee, the 2009 President’s Ball is a gala event that brings together citizens from across the country, elected officials, grassroots organizations and community leaders to honor and commemorate the election of the country’s newest President and the positive impact he will have on America and the world.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Maryland Beverage Development Corp (BCDC), a 501c3 organization and the Stop Underage Drinking & Smoking Campaign.

A: The 2009 President’s Ball is being held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Arbor and Beech Ballrooms, Washington Times Building, 3600 New York Avenue, NE, Washington, DC. Doors open at 7:30 pm and the event will conclude at 1am.
Q: How much are the tickets for... the President’s Ball?
A: A single ticket is: $200.00 before December 31, 2008.
B. Note: Tickets will increase to $250.00 effective January 1, 2009.
C. A single VIP ticket is: $300.00.
