It sounds like you might not have much of a case. I agree the next three days will probably be a little annoying, but there is nothing illegal about it. On the check issue, I hear you. But if you owed them this money, you should of deducted it from your balance and pretended you never had it. I assume you spen...t the "extra" cash and forgot. We've all been there. Again, though, nothing to really sue for. Sorry.Read More
