Jummy Brown

Jummy Brown Hey guys! I found this useful imaging tool that makes it super easy and fun to decorate a photo album with personal touches. I think the folks at Samsung are giving-away brand new dual LCD cameras to people who make really cool slideshows. If you want a camera it might be good reason to try it! http://www.facebook.com/tapandtake

Kay Nothing could be better than rain, squalls, Puget Sound, The Mountain, the Olympics with snow on them, and three generations of the family making lefse together. The best the best.

Ed Sink

Ed Sink Blue sky, little windy and snowing hard. This is Bend Oregon where the mountains are in your face with 300 days of sun a year and less than 11 inches of moisture, mostly snow. High desert can't be beat.

Theresa Peterson The deep south may have a church on every corner but the Northwest has a cathedral in every mountain peak.

Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor I am coming home in February. I miss running on Ruston Way, coffee from Tully’s on Broadway, and the rose garden in Point Defiance. I even miss the “Aroma of Tacoma”. I long to ketch that fleeting glimpse of Rainier that the winter weather sometimes affords. I miss the chowder from Jonny’s on Dock Street, the turk...ey on rye from the Antique Sandwich Shop in Ruston, and the Alder Smoked Halibut from the Crab Pot in Seattle. I am simply a son of Washington. God help me, I’m addicted to a state!

Cynthia-Cindy Erick-Kiive This has been a great fall and turning to winter so soon, Hunting, skiing, and many other bundle up sports are great here. There were three sets of Mallard ducks in our pond for the past two days. They usally stay for the winter, except when it freezes over. The Great Blue Heron comes by for a snack during that time tho....LOL

Robin Barnett

Robin Barnett I just drove 5,000 plus miles, through forest fires, blizzards, deserts, congested highways, and when I came over the cascade mountains and saw the moving seas, the green trees, the jagged cliffs and the wonderful rain I was never happier. I will miss my grandson in Tennessee but nothing moves there but the traffic. ...Even the rivers and creeks are still and murky on the edges, not like this wonderful state. I am a washington girl, born and bred, rust between my toes, salt water spray on my glasses, a grin on my face and wool socks and cap, happy.

Robin Barnett Ah whales, wild wind, air that invites you to fill your lungs. Tulips, eagles, waves that crash, Vampires roaming the coast, lol, everything green and fresh, even in the summer. Water that bounces, shifts, roars, drips, splashes, swirls, trickles, rolls, and breaks upon the rocks on the shores. Onlyin the northwest c...an you really enjoy a starbucks and stand on the deck of a ferry watching island deer swim across from one island to another. Snow capped mountains, rich valleys, small towns, large cities, wonderful colleges and universities, care free, laid back people, Its all here, but don't tell everyone, because its all OURS to enjoy everyday.Happy in Anacortes
