Take it from someone who works in Food Service at WCS, these kids have sooo many choices these days (specifically at the high school level). They have the Favorites line (which is the main hot lunch of the day), pizza, (several kinds as well as sizes), taco line which is more than just tacos, sub line, grill line, (chicken sandwich, hot dogs, ... Read Morehamburgers and other such items), choice of various salads such as chef, etc., and cold sandwiches. That is just the Main food, Then there's potatoes, and veggies, and recently we've added more fresh fruits such as kiwi, oranges, apples carrots,celery, etc. Then we get down to choices of fruit juices and white or chocolate milk. So many choices. Taking away choc milk would not be that big of a deal. If they don't like white milk, they can still get their calcium from other foods.

Larry, not all schools have the choices you just pointed out. Taking the choc. milk away would be a big deal at our school. As Rosie stated not all kids drink white mile.
