Ingredients:
2 cups sliced Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Blackberries
1 oz box or 4 small packets of Unflavored Sugar Free Gelatin Mix
3 cups boiling water
1 pound fat free strawberry yogurt
1 cup orange juice
Preparation:
In a medium bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water (let cool but not harden)
Stir in yogurt and orange juice with wire whisk
Cover and chill until slightly thickened
Fold in berries
Pour into oiled mold, bundt pan or serving dish
Chill until set (1 hour)
Unmold or serve in serving dish
8 – 12 Servings
We tried in a large bundt pan and small butterfly bundt molded pan for a fun kid version!

2 cups mini marshmallow
½ cup chopped walnuts

1 box Long Grain Wild Rice

Sauce:
Mix fresh berries, jam and orange juice in blender, mix until smooth.
Rice: follow direction on box and set aside.
Put shrimp and blackened seasoning in a 1-gallon plastic bag and toss until shrimp are coated evenly. Heat sauté pan add oil let the oil get hot then add shrimp cook until lightly brown (5-7 minutes).
Spoon rice on plate and arrange shrimp on top of the rice. Drizzle sauce over the shrimp and serve.
