I can relate to this! There was a "bear" that lived in our basement when I was growing up. He could only chase me as far as there was darkness. Imagine the fear as I went downstairs after everyone had gone to bed, to get an extra blanket for the bed. I had every ligh ton. The hall, the bathroom, the dining room, kitchen stariway, family room, ... Read Morelaundry room, storage area. The bear was hiding until I turned off the light in the storage room, then he would come out. I would quickly, heart poundeing, run as fast as I could back to my bedroom. (I knew bears couldln't get you if you were under the covers). As I ran past a light switch I would hit it, which got me closer to safety, but also allowed the bear to advance. Across the basement, up the stairs, through the kitchen and dining room and down the hall. The last light I would turn off was teh one to the bathroom, b/c the light would shine in to my bedroom, which I shared with my twin brother, who wasn't afraid of bears...

Wes-so glad to hear you are back recording and creating music. Over the last couple of years God laid you on my heart to pray as you struggled with your health. Your music has been a big part of my life. I have a library of all your albums going back many years.
