Tea Master Nancy Prokosh of Tealicious will guide you through this afternoon tea tasting offering a variety of pairings from green tea to black, white chocolate to dark. We search loose leaf tea estates that are in the prime growing plantations and we have joined hand in hand with the loose leaf growers to create and s...ustain a long term relationship. The Proper Way to Taste Tea
You may ask yourself, “Is there a proper way to taste tea”? The answer is yes! In order to choose the right tea, or at least a tea that you would savour, you first must smell the tea leaves. Firstly blow gently on a heap of tea leaves then wait just a moment and take a deep and long sniff. Every mixture of scent that you smell will determine whether or not that particular tea appeals to you. If you fancy that tea, then take a sip from the cup with a silver spoon. Slurp, slurp and slurp, let the tea introduce itself to every taste bud in your mouth if you really like it, you will drink it, if not, then choose a different tea and repeat the same steps.
