On Friday & Saturday April 17-18, 2009 the West Florida District Men's Ministries will hold a District Men's Conference entitled Men...of Vision (registration form for the conference can be found at http://www.wfldag.org/images/men/09conference/Conf%20registration09.pdf . Doug Clay, the General Treasurer of the Assem...blies of God will be the guest speaker. Doug is a strong supporter of Royal Rangers, and recently the District Ranger Staff had the privilege of hearing Doug speak at the Ranger National Council in Springfield. If you haven't heard Doug speak, you wont want to miss this dynamic speaker and anointed man of God.

The Royal Rangers have once again been asked to cook and serve breakfast for the Men's Conference, Saturday morning April 18th.

Commanders, I informed Dallas Pettis, the director, that the District Royal Rangers, who stand "READY" to serve, will have a team there to do the work, just like we always are happy to do. The men's ministries of the district have always supported Rangers, and this is one small way we can support them....

If you can help us serve, if only to help serve Saturday morning or attend the entire retreat like many of us, please bring your Class B uniform for Saturday morning. We will, of course, bunk in the same dorm. If you have any older boys who can assist as 'bus boys' and assit with refilling drinks, put 'em in uniform, and bring them along...

Please email me and let me know if you are coming. We will need 6-8 Commanders in uniform. Also, let me know if you want to cook something specific (eggs, grits, bacon, etc.)
