84 High Street Cafe Confit is done. Bone in Certified Angus Beef Rib Eyes are cut. Vanilla Chai Creme Brulee is made. Much more to do tomorrow but looks like another great New Years menu coming together! Remember we are open for Dinner New Years Day!
