Now, maybe our dietary intake of omega 3s and 6s and 9s is not out of whack (balance) with an overload of 6s from the wrong kinds of beef products and the wrong oils like: canola, yes, Canadian Oil "oil" from what? (GMO?, A "Hybrid"? What process?), soy oil, corn oil, "vegetable" oil, "I Can't Believe It's Not Poison!," (trans fat city), "vegetable oil blend," sunflower, safflower, "rape seed," etc!

The issue with the potatoes is that non-organic ones are treated with a sprouting INHIBITOR. They do sprout, just not easily. Naturally, we should not be eating sprouting inhibitors, since they are also enzyme inhibitors. Organic potatoes sprout pretty quickly.

If they are not organic...they could be GMO....and are also loaded with unwanted chemicals and low in nutrients from mineral depleted soil. Who cares if they sprout or not.
